Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The Graduate Art Show is open to BA or MA graduates in Art from the current or previous academic year. Each participant may submit one piece of original artwork for consideration, in any medium, including painting, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art.
Selection Process
A panel of industry professionals will review all submissions. Selected artists will be announced prior to the exhibitions. All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
Intellectual Property
Artists retain ownership of their work but grant The Graduate Art Show and host galleries permission to use images of their submissions for promotional purposes.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be made via the official website, including a JPG image of the artwork and a completed submission form. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Exhibition and Sale
Participants agree to have their work displayed at the host galleries during the exhibition. Artwork may be sold during the event, with 50% of the sale price paid to the artist and 50% retained as a gallery commission (before VAT). Unsold artwork must be collected after the exhibitions. The galleries insure displayed artworks during the exhibition period.
General Conditions
The Graduate Art Show may amend these terms at any time. Participants are responsible for delivering and collecting their artwork. The show is not liable for damage or loss during submission or outside gallery insurance coverage. Participation implies full agreement to these terms.
