The Graduate Art Show returns with an exhibition at The Vanner Gallery, bringing together a new generation of artists working across painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking and interdisciplinary practices.
Featuring artists from art schools and universities across the UK and internationally, the exhibition presents a diverse range of approaches to contemporary art. From painting and image-making to ceramics, material experimentation and constructed forms, the works explore personal narratives, questions of identity, memory, materiality and our relationship with the world around us.
Each artist brings a distinct perspective, reflecting the breadth of ideas and approaches emerging from contemporary art education today. Together, their works offer an insight into the practices of artists at a pivotal moment in their careers, as they move beyond academic study and develop their place within the wider art world.
Founded to support emerging artists as they transition from university into professional practice, The Graduate Art Show creates opportunities to exhibit in established galleries, connect with new audiences and bring their work into a public and professional context.
The exhibition at The Vanner Gallery continues this mission, offering visitors the opportunity to discover new work and engage with the next generation of contemporary artists.
